Take Me Home Tour Memories

Tomorrow night the guys will be performing their last UK date of the Take Me Home Tour.

A MASSIVE thank you to everyone who managed to come and see the shows - and an even bigger thank you to all of you for your support! (And some great tour questions!)

The Guys Know Where They Are. So Where Are YOU?

Happy Friday! (and Happy Easter Weekend to UK Directioners!)

Last week we (or rather you!) revealed the title of the One Direction movie - THIS IS US. THIS week we uncovered the title of the One Direction BOOK - Where We Are: Our Band Our Story.

Not only that but we gave you the chance to feature in it.

Show us how much you love the guys by emailing a drawing/painting/computer-aided-picture of your 1D-inspired national flag to [email protected]. You can change the flag, add the boys to it - do you what you like! Bring the essence of where YOU are to where WE are.

The most creative artwork communicating the book's title will be chosen to feature in the book.

Make sure you DO NOT include your name, Twitter Handle or any other identifying factors in your image! Competition closes 12th April. Full terms and conditions can be found here.

Kids' Choice Awards

So you probably heard the news that One Direction won THREE Kids' Choice Awards last weekend...

The guys were up for Favourite Music Group,Favourite UK Band and Favourite Song for What Makes You Beautiful - and thanks to YOU guys they managed to grab all three!

One Direction ALSO picked up Aussie's Fave Music Act and Aussie's Favourite Song for One Thing - inAustralia's categories of the awards, which also took place over the weekend.

Here's a personal message from the boys...

Hey guys, let's start with a massive THANK YOU!!! We really can't believe it... You guys are AMAZING. Thanks sooo much for voting for us for Kids' Choice Awards. We're blown away at the amount of time you guys spend doing stuff for us and how much support you show us over Twitter. It's unbelievable... Letter The news of the weekend


1D update time!

Hey guys - Happy Friday!

Wow - what a busy week it's been here in the land of 1D...

The guys are still on the UK leg of their Take Me Home tour, making their mark on Birmingham and Newcastle over the weekend - make sure you keep an eye on Twitter andInstagram for live photos!

Wednesday saw them launch Simon Cowell's new online global talent search, The You Generation, straight from backstage of their Nottingham show - and streamed live online! If you tuned in then you'll have seen Liam doing kick-ups, Zayn drawing a cartoon of Louis, Niall performing his best David Attenborough impression, Louis trying his hand at TV presenting and Harry playing netball with a cardboard cut-out of Will's face.

And talking of things to watch, another thing you'll be able to SOON watch is the 1D3D MOVIE - which we can now refer to as THIS IS US! Yes - the One Direction movie has been given a title, which you all helped to unlock on Monday via an online hunt across the One Direction channels.

1D on TOUR + Red Nose Day fun!

Hey Directioners!

There's loads happening in the world of 1D right now and it's time we gave you a little update!

The guys kicked off their Take Me Home Touralmost two weeks ago - and are loving every second of it! The reception from fans across the UK has been amazing and we've been gathering some pretty cool photos at each show. Make sure you keep checking our Twitter/Instagram for live Tweets from all of the concerts. And if you're coming to one of the dates we're giving you the chance to get involved by submitting a question for the guys to answer onstage! Get your funny/creative questions (or challenges - they like a good dare) in here.

The guys are also supporting Red Nose Day in a big way right now - you might have noticed Niall's sponsored silence photo on Twitter and Harry baking Red Nose Day cupcakes! The guys also auctioned off the clothes they were wearing in Ghana, which raised a massive £11,000 for Comic Relief over the weekend on Ebay. Thanks so much to everyone who placed a bid - you'll be making a difference not only to the lives of people in Africa, but also to those in need right here in the UK. Another way you can support this cause is by downloading One Way Or Another on iTunes or buying the CD copy from Sainsbury's - so add it to your shopping list!

Remember - we want to see what you're all doing to support Red Nose Day - so make sure you upload your photos and videos to Tumblr tagging them#1D4RND. Why not hold a garage sale, help your neighbour with the shopping - or organise a comedy show? Let's help change lives and have fun while we're at it!

A new news letter


Amazing Things Happening for 1D

Hey Directioners!

It's the morning (er - well afternoon now...) after the night before and everyone at 1DHQ is in high spirits.

Yes - it was the BRIT Awards last night!

And what an amazing night it was...

(Here's Louis and Zayn on the red carpet!)

The guys performed their new single One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks) for the first time EVER!

If you're based in the UK you can now download the audio of 1D's BRITS performance on iTunes!

If you're outside of the UK you can still buy One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks) on iTunes right here and help support Comic Relief!

Perhaps the MOST amazing news came at the end of the night when the guys were awarded the Global Success Award for their reach internationally. We're SO proud of the guys and SO grateful to all the fans across the world who have made this possible. We couldn't have done it without you and we're really excited to show you what the guys have up their sleeves next!

Make sure you keep downloading the guys' Red Nose Day single and continue to raise loads of money for this great cause. We're completely blown away that the track is already No.1 in over 60 countries - and we're so thankful to you guys for making that happen!

Oh and we probably should mention...the official video for One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks) is OUT NOW!

Join the boys for #1D4RND!

Hey Directioners!

Guess what?! It's finally time for you to see just what the boys have been up to recently during - and following - their trip to Africa for Red Nose Day.

Red Nose Day is a huge fundraising event which raises money to help end extreme poverty and support vulnerable, disadvantaged people across Africa and the UK.

The great news is you too can help this amazing cause by being a fan of 1D. First, take a look at the boys' Red Nose Day page on our site!

There's lots you can do to join the boys in helping support Red Nose Day. Why not hold a 1D-themed cake sale - or maybe paint your friends with 1D-themed nail art!

We really want to see what you're getting up to, so make sure you take lots of photos and videos. (You could even feature in our 1D4RND Fan Pic of the Day over on Facebook!)

We might even have a little surprise for those of you who upload videos - so keep your eyes on Facebook over the weekend!
